Takeaways from the Indiana Criminal Justice Association Fall Conference Workshop

I was blessed to participate in the Indiana Criminal Justice Association Conference workshop today on synthetic and evolving illegal drugs. The audience was so attentive and asked great questions demonstrating such understanding of the current drug trend issues.  I spoke about Sam and a national speaker, Vinnie Happ of Redwood Toxicology Laboratory, spoke to drug trends and we heard from a compassionate father on the tragic loss of his son due to an accidental heroin overdose after months of recovery. I was blessed by the people I met and what was shared by all.
