GREENWOOD, Ind. (Aug. 5, 2014) — Families gravely impacted by a relatively new synthetic drug will join local and federal law enforcement in addressing a community forum Tuesday evening.

The community forum is scheduled for Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. at the Greenwood Christian Church, 2045 Averitt Rd., Greenwood.

Samuel Motsay of Center Grove was killed earlier this year by the psychedelic drug 25I-NBOMe, known on the street as N-bomb.

The 16-year-old’s family plans to speak at the gathering, along with local Johnson County law enforcement and representatives of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), to create awareness about the N-bomb drug.

“Learning that your child was poisoned is devastating,” said Jeanine Motsay, Sam’s mother.  “It was fatal.  I don’t think kids know that and kids need to know that.

“Parents need to know that and I just want to equip them with that information.”

Everyone in the public is welcome to attend Tuesday’s forum.
